Phil Binkow

Phil Binkow is founder and CEO of The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN) and its parent company, Financial Operations Networks.  TAPN is the leading provider of online accounts payable knowledge, training, business intelligence and tools.  Prior to starting Financial Operations Networks, Phil founded and served as CEO of PayTech, an electronic payables processing, disbursements and information services provider, which was acquired by Profit Recovery Group [PRGX] in 1999.  Phil holds a B.A. from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of Florida.  He served as president of the Board of Trustees of Friends of North Springs High School, Inc., a non-profit foundation and as a member of the Atlanta Braves Advisory Board.  Phil currently serves on the board of the Specialized Information Publishers Association and the SIPA Foundation.
